I LOVE yoga. I love to practice yoga, and to teach yoga. I have studied anatomy, physiology and movement science and I am passionate about using this knowledge to help yoga teacher trainees understand the many dynamics that are involved in Yoga today.
My teaching aims encourage many, many questions and laughter, allowing each person to open up and feel comfortable in their learning, encouraging each trainee to question, challenge, explore both their practice and their knowledge of Yoga I really aim to give you, your yoga practice and studies individual attention.
I have put together both the 200 hr and the 300/500 hr Wellness Connection Yoga Teacher Training courses. We have an incredibly high standard of evidence based up to date education, that I believe is creating excellent yoga practices and teaching.
I have practiced many different styles of yoga for the past 25 years and have been teaching for the last 15 years. I teach in several ways: the individual postures broken down into strength, flexibility and skill requirements; the incorporation of the postures into flow yoga; and other exercise methods that help you to access the postures more easily through increasing flexibility, balance and strength.

My love for Yoga started after 12 years of being a Classical Ballet dancer. After many injuries in the dancing world I turned to Yoga and Pilates and it was life changing!
I’m a Comprehensive Pilates teacher, Aerial Yoga instructor, RTY500 Yoga teacher and LEAD 200HR AND 300 HR Yoga Teacher Trainer.
I’m passionate about teaching people about their bodies and how to move safely. My classes are a balance of both strength and flexibility but most of all to have fun while doing it!
I love my work as a Lead Teacher trainer. My biggest love is to present a deeper understanding of Yoga postures, Anatomy and the joy of Yoga to inspiring teachers.
